Position Information
The Director of Analytics is responsible for leveraging existing population health data tools as well as working with a large raw datasets to provide analyses and actionable insights for an Accountable Care Organization (ACO). In working with the entire ACO team, the Analytics Director will aggregate and summarize data for claim files, electronic medical records and other miscellaneous data sources. The information curated by the Analytics Director will be used to make strategic decisions around population health programs, initiatives, and collaborations, as well as provide data and analytic support for this important work by identifying areas of opportunity, monitoring progress, and creating automated processes. through visualization of data and communication of findings the Analytics Director will be an invaluable resources to the success of the ACO.


Experience Requirements :
3 Years Database Management And Analysis - Data And Information Technology - Data Warehousing Required
Education Required :
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science Or Related Field Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements :
Hours of Work : Monday - Friday / 8:30 - 5:00
Weekend Requirements : As Needed
Call Requirements : As Needed
