Position Information
The Financial Specialist works on special projects regarding revenue recovery for all payers across all lines of business. Performs operational, reimbursement and financial studies. Manages vendor contracts and relations, makes recommendations for financial/ operational change, acts as lead on administrative projects that involve financial/operational change and assists with situation assessment. Provides support to the director/manager by assisting in presentation development, creation of data reporting tools, and management, documentation and organization of departmental projects. Works with all levels of management to evaluate areas of deficiency, organize the resources to resolve problems identified and work to reverse the negative impact of identified deficiencies on the organization. The Financial Specialists may assist with directing the efforts of other staff members involved in revenue recovery projects and/or complaint management.

Experience Requirements :
3 Years Accounting/Finance - Finance Or Accounting/Finance - Billing Or Information Technology - Technical - Healthcare Or Project Management Required
Education Required :
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Or Business Or Related Field Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements :
Hours of Work : 8-5
Weekend Requirements : As Needed
Call Requirements : As Needed
