The Supervisor, Food Services is responsible for the supervision of all areas of the Food and Nutrition Services department, including patient services, cafeteria, coffee shop and catering. Coordinates the scheduling of daily department activities, delegate duties or projects as needed, rounds in departmental areas to ensure all assignments are complete, maintains fiscal responsibility, coaches employees for success, adapts to changes, assists in driving retail sales, trains or assigns training of new employees, conduct employee performance evaluations, and collaborate with colleagues. Oversees the operations of the department in the absence of other management.
Experience Requirements :
2 Years Supervisory Required - In Healthcare Preferred - Or 4 Years Supervisory In Lieu of Degree
Education Required :
High School Diploma or Equivalent And Associate's Degree Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements :
ServSafe Required - And Certified Dietary Manager Preferred
Hours of Work : Monday - Friday 5:00am - 9:00pm
Weekend Requirements : As Needed
