This position is responsible for assisting the Operations Department in creating a world-class experience for both our employees and our clients. Empathy and caring is essential to the success of the position. Must be accountable, responsible and take ownership over their work and the quality of their work. Must be willing to learn new things - or old things in a new way. Be calm, focused, technically savvy and detailed.The job duties of the position are as follows:* Sorting, scanning and processing mail (both incoming and outgoing)* Preparing the office for the day's work;* Closing the office and preparing for the next day's work;* Cleaning kitchen and common areas, including refrigerator and dishes;* Restocking beverage stations;* Assisting IT and Operations with workstation set-up and conference room tech;* Assisting Operations in keeping office and office machines running smoothly;* Helping with office lunches;* Assisting with after-hours company and community events (rare);* Assisting with break room food inventory, office supply inventory and keeping things organized;* Helping present an amazing office environment; and,* Other duties as may be assigned.This position is very busy and Operations Assistants spend a considerable amount of their day scanning and processing mail, which includes uploading into the CRM system for coding in the next phase. This requires someone who cares and is detail oriented.
