Customer support representative (German market)

We are looking to meet a professional who speaks fluent German and English and has about 1 2 years of customer service or supply chain experience, preferably in a medical or manufacturing field.

The company is a producer of medical appliances and delivers outstanding quality of care and service!

You will work in Houten with a direct contract (up to 12 months initially), travel allowance covered and a health insurance reimbursement. The salary is between gross per month (40h) and there is an option to work 32hours per week as well.

Your key responsibilities will be

    • Receiving and coordinating orders from A to Z
      • Creating accurate order planning
        • Proactively take actions to reduce late deliveries
          • Expedite urgent requests and provide customers with all necessary info form the entry of the order till the successful delivery
