Agile coach - SCRUM - Lean Six Sigma

3-6 months contract

A great position opened for an experienced Agile coach to join our client in Dublin, Ireland for a 3-6-month contract with the possibility of extension. This requires a formal certification as a Scrum Master, Kabnan Lead, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar Agile approach. Additionally, a JIRA formal training and proven evidence of Coaching skills, either through experience or formal certification are a must have for this role. Responsibilities
. Devise and Implement a strategy to embed agile practices within the specified areas
. Build a roadmap that will evolve & deliver outcomes over 3-6-9-12 months that are measurable
. Enable the development and sustainability of communities of practices, fostering collaboration and network behaviours
. Providing release and sprint planning training and support where relevant
. Facilitate agile principles on-boarding and ongoing coaching for in-house Delivery Leads & Scrum masters
. Develop and evolve a toolkit of Agile methodologies tailored to meet the needs of AIB
. Provides ongoing support & training for leaders and team members

Skillset
. Certified Coach with experience working with Agile methodologies in the Financial Services sector
. Extensive experience with working with JIRA in an agile environment
. Excellent team-working, collaboration and networking skill set
. Ability to connect ideas, people and initiatives across diverse cross functional teams and disciplines
. Experience driving organizational change, readiness
. Provide a roadmap for further professional learning & development
. Experience in Agile Ways of working, Design Thinking and/or LEAN methodology
. Ability to get to results quickly through strong coaching
. Ability to create Knowledge Download centre and publish white papers that add further insight into new and upcoming innovative practices
. Leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strategic planning skills & effective decision-making skills
