VOIP Helpdesk Analyst – Work from home

A new position has arisen for a Helpdesk Analyst in a company providing VOIP based phone systems. These systems are used around the country, with many their clients working in the medical sector.
Full training will be provided on the systems and how you will support them - no previous experience required. However due to this being completely home based, this company are looking for someone with lots of initiative and who asks lots of questions. Hours required will increase/decrease depending on busy times of year.
For the right candidate, there is the possibility of this role progressing into installation role in addition to the Helpdesk.
This role is completely home based, however there will be occasional company meetings.
