IT Support Analyst

Permanent

Grimsby (Lincolnshire)

£26,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

IT Support Analyst needed for a permanent position based in Grimsby (Lincolnshire), including occasional travel to other UK sites if required.

A chance to join an established business with a long-term proven track record. Start Spring 2024.

Key skills, experience + duties will include:

Providing day-to-day technical support for specialist IT systems including: plant systems, factory stock systems, labelling systems, machine software and devices.

Supporting, trouble-shooting + resolving end-user IT service requests and incidents for both standard and bespoke software / hardware.

Working to a rotating weekly shift pattern (06:00-13:45, 08:00-16:00, 09:45-17:30), and providing out-of-hours 24/7 support cover when required.

Working to agreed SLAs and best practice for IT operational support.

Building relationships with IT colleagues and 3rd party IT support partners.

Escalating serious and recurring IT technical issues + service impacts to the management team.

Salary/Benefits: £26-28k (DOE) + 25 days holiday (plus BHs) + Pension (8% Employer Contribution) + More
