A local and well-established HVAC company is looking to add a Service Coordinator to their team! This company has been around for 24 years and is responsible for the construction, design, and maintenance of mechanical systems all over the Northwest. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in an engaging and family-oriented work environment. The Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in keeping projects organized and moving forward through the dispatch and management of field technicians. You will be successful if you have great communication skills, are open to feedback, and love interacting with people! On a day-to-day basis, the Service Coordinator will: Answering a high volume of incoming calls from customers and technicians Dispatch, schedule, and coordinate daily work for field technicians Coordinate all parts and equipment with the correct job site/tech Requirements: 2-3 years' experience in dispatch or scheduling Associates degree or equivalent experience Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience in Coins OA, Adobe, or Bluebeam a plus Location: Bothell, WA Schedule: M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm (some overtime) Pay: $26/hour Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401k, PTO and Holidays If you're interested in being a Service Coordinator, APPLY NOW or call Annie at 425-###-#### for more information!
