Mills Auto Group is seeking a Billing/Accounting Clerk. Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK computer systems preferred but not required. 10-key by touch skills.WE OFFER:* Health, Dental, Medical* 401K* Paid Time OffRESPONSIBILITIES:* Post Accounting for both retail and wholesale vehicle car deals* Compute and compile Sales Associates commissions per given pay plan* Be organized to handle multiple dealerships and multi-task* Perform basic and routine accounting functions* Submit all F&I product premiums on timely basis * Handle all F&I product cancellations* Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts* Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assignedREQUIREMENTS:* Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required* Understand and be able to work with Microsoft Excel* Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software* Excellent customer service and communication skillsAbout the DealershipFamily-owned and operated for the past since 2004, we are proud to have grown from 1 store to 13.
