District Manager - P&C Claims/Managed Care

Exciting opportunity as a Workers' Compensation Claims/Managed Care Operations Leader with unlimited potential for Executive growth. Drive the overall satisfaction of the customer experience as well as the operation of the 3 District offices. Position is located Salt Lake City, UT.
Responsible for overall operational and technical function of the office-recruiting, hiring, associate performance, customer satisfaction and results. Ensure compliance with state law, rules and regulations as well as company Best Practices. Responsible for staffing and training. Monitor and improve efficiency of office operation. Ensure adherence to company personnel policies. Accountable for P&L results, long-term growth and budget preparation on an annual basis. Ensure consistent delivery of quality services.
Qualified Candidates should possess the following:
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a claims, operations, sales or case management environment
- Must have Knowledge of Workers Compensation
- Prior operational oversight for within a TPA or Manage Care Cost Containment environment is strongly preferred
- Direct claims handing is helpful but not required.
- Must be willing to work onsite Monday through Friday
