Responsible for establishing and maintaining ongoing IT-wide communication, including working with leadership to communicate regularly via Town Halls, Intranet content, newsletters, and other channels as available. This role focused on managing communications within IT and coordinating with the Corporate Communication team to determine and follow appropriate governance. As part of Organizational Change Management, IT Communication, and Training, this role includes supporting IT OCM and training initiatives.


Job Responsibilities:

Assist with development of IT Communications strategy, processes, and governance, including tools to support Communications
Own and maintain IT Communications workflows and processes
Establish and maintain ongoing IT-wide communication channels and cadence, including town halls, Intranet messaging and emails
Develop and implement communication strategies in alignment with initiative goals for internal audiences
Consult and coach project teams
Work with Project Managers to advise communication strategy; create and maintain communication plans; and create, edit, and distribute communications for projects
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to maintain IT Training calendar and materials
Support Corporate Communications in supporting Intranet structure and content
Assist with other IT Communication, change management, and training activities as needed

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and SharePoint
Communications experience preferred
Business process improvement experience

All of the above and requires 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
