Joining us as Learning & Development Assistant, you will co-ordinate and monitor learning events including the on-boarding/induction programme, compliance, health & safety training and assessments, well-being events, and corporate wide training.
Delivering an excellent service by greeting new starters and making them feel welcome, you will introduce them to people and rooms and ensure they are set up for success. You will plan, coordinate and facilitate our on-boarding programme whilst monitoring and reporting on attendance. As Learning & Development Assistant, you will also coordinate any mandatory training and monitor the completion of e-learning. You will update compliance related software such as MyCompliance, Sevron, Safeguard and DSE assessments whilst coordinating health related programmes.
This role would suit a highly organised and meticulous individual who can prioritise workload and multi-task effectively. A strong team player with excellent administrative skills, you will be able to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders and be competent in a range of IT including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint.
Knowledge of learning & development and health & safety activities is highly desirable, as is experience of working with management systems.
