Your Responsibilities
  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport and confidence, identifying their needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening on every interaction while adjusting support approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic issues related to office technology
  • Comfortable providing live demos with customers over video
  • Create, build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a unique Setup experience
  • Able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms
  • Deliver an incredible Personal Setup session online including; positioning, demonstrating and sharing features of products
Requirements
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 35 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Basic computer aptitude in Windows and/or Mac

  • Positive and outgoing attitude
  • Excellent communication (oral and written skills) with interpersonal and presentation skills

We Highly Prefer
  • 6 months call center and/or tech support experience
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Logical problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to utilize the client approach to troubleshooting
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or compatable technology, is preferred
