This company are currently working with over 50 different housing associations across the country which is creating an ever growing need to expand.
The company is looking for an experienced administrator that has either worked within a Mortgage or Housing background.
As a general admin person, you will be ensuring the following:
" Telephones are answered quickly and professionally
" Reports are prepared for management via Excel
" Data is stored into our systems correctly
" Distribution of material and data via Email
" Other general day to day admin tasks
Ideal applicants must have the following experience:
" Background within a mortgage role or within a housing association
" Ability to multi-task and work accurately under pressure
" Have a confident and clear telephone manner
" Able to communicate effectively to customers and team members to ensure the business runs smoothly.
" Exceptional IT Skills
Working hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
£9.13 - £9.13 Hourly
£9 - £12 Hourly
£18k - £19k Annual
£20k - £20k Annual
£18k - £20k Annual
£16k - £19k Annual
£10 - £12 Hourly
£10 - £11.5 Hourly
