IT Digital Project Manager

They currently own and manage around 10,000 homes across West London.
They're a not-for-profit organisation with a strong social purpose: to provide good-quality affordable home and modern services to people unable to rent or buy in the private housing market.
They are now looking for a Digital Project Manager to join them on a fixed term of 3- 6 months.
You'll make sure our client provides the best digital services by working with key suppliers and stakeholders to manage the delivery of the entire lifecycle of their online digital systems, internal business systems and information projects.

Carry out day-to-day management and smooth operation of digital projects, including site development, launches, online tools, web applications and integration with backend systems.
Regularly engage with stakeholders from across the business to gain feedback on their business needs and keep them up to date on projects relevant to them.
Effectively manage relationships with external suppliers and hold them to account on actions and timescales.
Plan projects from start to finish and work energetically and at pace to make sure they're delivered on time and within budget.
Adapt plans quickly to reflect the changing needs of the business.
Effortlessly implement new systems and upgrade/develop existing ones.
Keep an eye on the competition to make sure our client stays one step ahead whilst being mindful of the feasibility of solutions.
Manage the resources allocated to your projects effectively and efficiently.
Using data intelligently to drive better business performance including effectively managing budgets and expenditure.
Lead a team of employees and manage their performance through regular one to ones, coaching, reviews and addressing poor performance where required.
