Sales Support Team Manager

Position Description Overview

We are looking for a Team Manager to join a Sales Support Team, who provides on-boarding support to a competitive Sales Department. You will need to possess management experience with a background in KYC/CDD and be able to make decisions and influence performance, leading teams to achieve results in a targeted environment. As a team manager within our team you will foster a cohesive, creative, and comfortable working environment, mediating any interpersonal issues within the team and provide leadership and direction where necessary.

You will be required to motivate and manage performance in line with corporate policies, supporting all aspects of the sales process, you will be flexible and have good IT skills and have the ability to analyse data and performance results. Job Responsibilities

* Manage, supervise, train or guide team members daily

* Implement team goals or objectives, setting incentives as required

* Assist with projects, providing sales support team insight and support – Eg sales support work streams deliverables and process improvements for all Introducer Channels, offering flexibility and solutions, engaging and taking ownership of outcome and communication channels

* Assist and participate in the development of sales support and activation reporting and analyse results

* Training and relationship support for key stakeholders and sales teams

* Coaching and Development of team including delivering training sessions as required

* Completing regular one to one reviews with all members of staff and addressing any performance or development areas that require focus, including following a formal process as required

* Fully Support Operationally and Technically E Boarding tools and Escalations including incident management

* Working alongside established Senior Agents in prioritizing workloads

* Completion of all end of year reviews and recommend salary and performance ratings

* Manage and monitor all SLA's and ensure that they are worked appropriately

* Responsibility for staff recruitment and working with HR in staff on-boarding

Candidates Requirements

* Inspire and motivate team members in order to develop a high performing team

* Provide effective feedback to support with development

* Utilize technology effectively

* Strong Organisational and excellent time management skills

* Excellent communicator. Must be able to communicate both up and down the line and will regularly interact with Leadership team in both written and oral formats

* Must have minimum of two years’ experience in a managerial position

* High level of attention to detail
