'Service Desk Analyst' - (Danish Speaking)

For one of the largest companies, I am looking for 'Service Desk Analyst' for a 6-12 month contract in Gothenburg.

The ideal 'Service Desk Analyst' will need to have the following experience

Required Skills

  • 1+ years' experience in a service desk role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting:

  • PCs and laptops
  • Mobile devices
  • Windows 7/10
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • First rate customer service skills and desire to go above and beyond.
  • Good attention to detail and experience logging and updating tickets in a service desk tool.
  • Proficient creating work instructions and knowledge base articles.
    Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting SLA's.
