You will be a great fit for this position if you get along with a wide variety of people, can think on your feet to problem solve and are able to energize and motivate your student staff.
Administrative work related to this position includes working with your supervisor to recommend calling segments and to create dynamic calling scripts. You will generate a variety of reports and statistical information to show results and adjust strategy as needed to achieve department fundraising goals. Creating and mailing pledge reminders and other related follow-up will be part of your duties.
Success in this position could lead to a broader career in fundraising.
In order to excel in this position, you should have an excellent computer aptitude for understanding a wide variety of software and troubleshooting for basic hardware issues.
Phonathon/Telethon/Call Center experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent of education and related experience
Experience with Wilson Bennett Phonathon Connect and or Ellucian Advance software preferred
Experience analysing data and preparing reports
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Must have strong organization and communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus
