The Digital Account Manager is responsible for putting together ad proposals, presentations, and scheduling a client's online advertising plan. They will work closely with the advertising and creative staff to make sure everything is in place to ensure customers' expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as day to day contact for both internal and external meetings
  • Client facing and post-sale follow up on digital
  • Assist in preparing digital client proposals
  • Pulling ad/inventory availability
  • Completing digital forms for digital orders
  • Ensuring campaigns are up and live when planned
  • Pulling screenshots of live and past digital ads
  • Assisting with getting new creative in the system within deadline and updating as needed
  • Monitoring performance of digital campaigns, ensuring ads are delivering on pace and quickly addressing any issues
  • Optimizing campaigns to deliver the best performance, including reviewing Google search campaigns
  • Running reports on campaign performance and adding suggestions for improvements

Qualifications:

  • College degree in communications, marketing or business preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of digital devises and apps
  • Exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Strong oral and written communication and proofreading skills
  • Must be extremely organized and multi-task oriented
  • Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision making skills
  • Account management in a related business setting and/or agency
  • Highly proficient in the use of a PC and in the use of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
