HR Assistant-Chinese speaking

Location: Dübendorf - Zurich

Main Tasks:

1. Work closely with HR team together and be involved in various HR modules, such as recruitment, training, payroll, development, relationship, leadership etc. Ensure continuous and timely support to our employees and business department.

2. Provide statistical support for human resources strategy work (eg collect information, archive documents, handle formalities.).

3. Conduct onboard or exit formalities for employees, issue HR operational documents (eg contracts of employment, employment related letters, leaving agreement)

4. Identify risks and issues refer to HR operation (including policies, processes, and IT systems) during process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in HRM related studies

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Excellent in awareness of customer service

4. Strong team spirit and learning capability

5. Excellent command of Chinese and English, German is considered as advantage.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT) and PS.
