HR Organisational Change Manager/Consultant - Remote - 12 months

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months + extensions for 2/3 years

Our customer is looking for an Organisational Change Manager with a strong background in HR transformation projects.

Please only apply if you are an experienced/dedicated Change Manager with a strong background in HR transformations projects, including Shared Service Centre and Business Process Outsourcing.

Required Skills:

  • You will have significant professional experience in a similar role, as a Change Management Consultant, specifically in complex HR transformation projects with outsourcing of activity.
  • 7+ years in Organisational Change Management focused and delivery roles. You have a proven track record in change management skills, including the planning, organization and monitoring of activities.
  • 5+ years in HR transformation projects
  • You must have good knowledge around Payroll, Recruitment, Time Management and Learning Management
  • You must have previous experience in HR projects focused on Shared Service Centres and BPO
  • You have experience of working in a multicultural environment

The role:

  • Understand the program/project and related change management issues - including project deliverables that require people, technology, and process-driven change.
  • Impact Analysis (participating in interviews, minutes, reports), Change strategies and change management plans to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Identify and address the various stakeholders (mapping and engagement strategy)
  • Support stakeholder management activities and development of stakeholder management plans
  • Communicate effectively (communication strategy and plan, monitoring, production of communication content)
  • Build a training plan (training strategy, needs analysis, planning, coordination)
  • Support development/facilitation of change network
  • Measure and adjust implementation (feedback, reinforcement plan)
  • Contribute to monitoring activities (KPI Dashboard) and coordination with the project team members.
  • Contribute to the capitalization of our Organization Change Management activity
