Romanian and English speaking Field sales representative required to join an expanding Financial services company in Farnham, Surrey. This is an all-round Sales and Account Management role with both a B2B and B2C focus, this is a great opportunity to break into a field sales role and expand your sales career!

Our client has a growing number of Romanian customers and subsequently they are looking to hire a Romanian Speaking Field Sales Executive. This role will be a 50/50 split with Romanian and English clients. The Field Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing an after-sales service for new introducers once they've been signed up by the Business Development team, ensuring a seamless and smooth on-boarding process and building lasting professional relationships. On-going, the role will require close liaison with introducers to arrange site visits to meet with customers, identify new business opportunities and potential referrals, and provide reporting and feedback following customer visits.

The role will include regularly visiting introducer sites across the UK to meet and sign-up new customers, providing a consultative sell to ensure every customers Accounting, Tax, VAT and other financial needs are considered on an individual basis. Field Sales Advisors will be expected to host workshops on sites, presenting our services to both groups and individuals, in addition to scheduling "drop-in" sessions for potential customers to come along and find out more about our services; all customer contacts should identify potential cross-selling opportunities and should maximise the customer experience. The role will require close liaison with internal teams across the Group, including Marketing to create and implement new campaigns to help improve sales conversion rates.

With at least 1 years' sales experience, you will be looking to break into a field sales role and take the next step in your career. You will be tenacious, confident and driven to succeed. Motivated by targets, you will have a positive and proactive approach to work. You will have the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply and will be highly organised with excellent time management skills. As a field based role, you will be happy to travel nationwide and be out of the office 3-4 days per week, and will be comfortable presenting to large groups of people.

In return our client is offering a competitive salary of £22,000 + Uncapped commission & £2.500 car allowance
