Roles & Responsibility

  • Execute effective business development activities including - sourcing and qualifying clients, identifying decision makers across UK Market for the organization using social media and various online technologies.
  • Research about key decision makers in the organization and selling them staffing solutions
  • Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Identify leads, Initiate sales cycle, Initiate and manage Email campaigns for UK & Europe Market.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and sales funnel to the Management as required.
  • Documentation and status reporting of the business development pipeline
  • Develop and manage a pipeline target to meet annual sales target of the Company MIS and Reporting
  • Generate New business relationships
  • Cold calling and email strategy.
  • Nurturing and growing existing warm leads
  • Setting up conference calls/Meetings for the DM's & Business Managers
  • Keep prospective client database updated
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software & responsibilities
