What you'll be working on:

f In your new role as the IT Value & Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the management of IT risk, audit, and compliance activities. This includes assisting with IT compliance in alignment with the company policies (such as procurement and governance), gathering and organising artefacts for internal and external audits, and maintaining essential IT records like the IT risk register and monthly KPI reports.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Desirable Experience:
o Supporting internal and/or external audits.
o Handling purchase requisitions.
o Minimum 3 years' experience in water, utilities, or related industries.

2. Management Skills:
o Experience managing teams.
o Strong people, change management, and conflict resolution abilities.

3. Effective Communication and Collaboration:
o Developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
o Proven track record in addressing complex issues proactively and communicating information effectively.

4. Professional Attributes:
o High motivation and commitment to professional standards.
o Strong analytical skills for problem identification and proposing solutions.
o Adaptability aligned with business strategy.

5. Continuous Improvement:
o Proactively identifying new areas for improvement and applying newly acquired knowledge and skills.
