Client Service Manager - Onboarding, Operating Model Design

Client Service Manager is required to join a leading Investment Banking organisation to help improve and run their CLM Function. The role is based in London (hybrid working - 2-3 day in office) and is a permanent role offering a base salary between £80,000-£95,000 (plus package).

Working closely with the Head of CLM and Financial Crime, this person will help to optimise the client journey within the bank. The business have implemented Fenergo, and this person will design and drive the operating model, instilling best practices and processes while collaborating with both Front Office and operations stakeholders. There is an initial focus on onboarding and compliance, but this will cover the entire client life cycle over time. The role requires proven experience within and investment or corporate banking environment surrounding client service management.

Requirements:

Client Service Management from within an investment bank.

Client onboarding (KYC, CDD etc).

Experience with Fenergo.

Proven experience implementing change and operating model design.
