We are looking for a sharp, personable, highly organized Customer Service Station Manager in Mykonos. You ll be the face of the Aero on the Ground, providing exceptional in person and over the phone customer service to passengers. What you ll need At least 1 year in customer support or charter flight operations. You should have an example of a high stakes customer facing scenario to share with us. A positive attitude, utmost professionalism, articulateness, diplomacy and politeness in every in person interaction. A flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and evenings, if necessary. To be someone that takes initiative a self starter go getter. Excellent proficiency with the Google suite of apps. Must be skilled with data entry in Sheets. A knack for an extraordinary level of communication, both written and verbal. Most people tell you that they feel better after chatting with you. Ideally, you re bilingual as well. Day to day, you ll be Answering customer service calls related to the airport and other locations we fly to, as well as providing swift and accurate responses to passengers. Making and adjusting reservations with customers. Greeting passengers before their flight. This is a temporary position for the summer months beginning July 1 and extending until August 16.
