Based in Chester city centre we are a worldwide intelligent software provider to the automotive industry who are seeking to appoint a Service Desk Administrator who is experienced in Microsoft Office, First Line Support and Software Development to join our team. We are therefore hoping to expand our team by appointing a Service Desk Administrator who has knowledge in Microsoft Office, First Line Support and Software Development. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? The role of the Service Desk Administrator will be required to support the company business systems and equipment and provide support to all users. You will use your knowledge in Microsoft Office, First Line Support and Software Development to troubleshoot any systems or platform related issues and provide a solution. You will ensure the systems are appropriately monitored and maintain and enhance system capability. The Service Desk Administrator will ensure standard documentation is updated appropriately and all elements of the system are working together. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • An interest and background in IT
  • Office365, First Line Support and Software Development
  • Strong communication skills


  • Keen interest in new technology
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry
  • Microsoft certifications
