WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? This role will be to provide first line support on our bespoke people management system alongside our electronics team. You will use your skills in Customer Support and Application Support to advise our customers on any issues that may arise from using our digital system by logging calls and escalating to engineers where applicable. You will have a passion for IT and customer service to ensure all issues are resolved to a high standard of service at all times. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Passion for IT
  • Confidence in advising over the phone
