Location - Client site based in Beckenham
Great opportunity to join a busy and successful business!!
A widely varied, client site based role working within one of CIC largest accounts to develop strong working relationships, to develop the existing services and grow / retain the contract. You will be required to gain an in-depth understanding of client's business activity and business section to enable accurate forecasting of revenue and identify, pitch for and win new business. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure effective delivery of all CIC products and services.
To develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels across your designated accounts.
To work closely with clients on all business activity and gain a holistic view of the overall contract.
To gain in-depth knowledge of your client's business sector.
To promote a culture of continuous improvement by hosting regular service reviews across your accounts and encouraging open and honest feedback.
You will be required to attend client and operational sites based across the UK and Ireland.
To ensure that CIC are delivering an excellent service to our customers, you will be required to host service reviews and then pass feedback regularly to operational teams and managers across CIC. This requires you to develop a strong understanding of all of the services and products currently being delivered to your accounts.
You will help identify any areas of weakness and work with operational teams suggest and implement improvements.
To act as the client liaison for escalations.
Ensuring that CIC are delivering services to meet the client's expectations and within agreed SLA's.
To develop and maintain accurate forecasting of BAU activity within your designated accounts using historical information, information supplied by clients and your general business sector awareness.
You will be required to manage your own diary.
Drafting and maintaining client contract documents such as Service Manuals and SLAs with the support of the commercial teams.
Your experience will include:
Experience within a senior Account Management role
Demonstrated growth in an existing client
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for client care
Ability to network & develop strong relationships
Customer & client focus
Problem solver with analytical and organisational skills
Negotiating & Influencing skills
Desire and ability to understand the "big picture"
Good working knowledge of inbound and outbound communications within an organisation including the digital agenda
Ability to build close working relationships at all levels.
Ability to copy under pressure and be able to manage a demanding client base to deliver time critical material to exacting standards.
A self-starter with impressive levels of drive.
Ability to take a step back and take a diplomatic approach.
Comfortable in all situations in front of a client at any level.
