Payroll Assistant - Fordingbridge - up to £25,000

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will have responsibility for:
Co-ordinating and processing both weekly and monthly payrolls for 7 locations.
Make manual calculations of payroll adjustments and statutory payments.
Provide advice to employees and managers with regards to payroll queries and company policies.
Support the Finance Team with payroll reporting requirements.
Carrying out administration of payroll related benefits such as pension schemes, health cash plan etc.
Assisting with maintaining the HR and payroll systems.
Ad hoc payroll related project work.
You will need to have previous experience of weekly and monthly payroll processing, good communication skills, a good level of general education and the ability to organise your own time and workload to meet the requirements of the role. If you have knowledge of Select Pay and a part or full payroll related qualification this would be an advantage but not essential. An excellent, friendly working environment is offered.
