We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Reward and Benefits Analyst for one of their public sector Clients based in London/Durham/Blackpool/Glasgow (hybrid 2 days in the office).

  • IR35: This role is inside of IR35

Minimum Requirement:

  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (using logical functions working with lookups, data validation, pivot tables and charts plus analytical options).
  • Strong analytical skills using a variety of data sources to present data in a clear format for varied stakeholders.
  • Experience of salary and bonus forecasting within designated budgets.
  • Experience of managing reward and employee benefits.
  • Experience of the job evaluation process.
  • Experience of managing a number of activities alongside successful delivery of ad-hoc projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
