Working in partnership with Search, this innovative, ambitious and hugely diverse national organisation is seeking a Data Change Team Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team.
Based in the Manchester Shared Service Centre this newly created role will enable you to showcase your natural leadership skills and support the Head of Professional Services in delivering strategic objectives, implementing best practice and driving performance across a business which has a turnover in the billions.
Key accountabilities include:
Demonstrate engaging leadership and embedding a "can do" culture
Excellent and current knowledge of data protection legislation and practicing this within a shared service organisation
Proven analytical skills; ability to produce, interpret and work comfortably with management information in a KPI driven environment
Coaching and empowering your teams to take personal ownership service delivery
Delivering compliance in line with governance and defined standards
Leading continuous improvement projects
Setting and reviewing SLAs in line with cost, quality and control requirements
ORACLE eBusiness Suite experienceDue to the complexity and element of people responsibility, your background and experience will demonstrate an in depth knowledge and understanding of working within a shared service environment.
