About the company:
Founded in 2015, our prestigious client is a leading E-Liquid Manufacturer & Distributor. As a company they strive to provide quality products and unparalleled customer service, while remaining competitive in the industry.
About the Role:
As Head of UK Sales you will have experience in managing a team of Sales Representatives, driving sales through yourself and your team. You will be required to provide sales insights through reporting, identifying trends and key areas for growth.
You will be located within their Head Office in Lincoln and will have a growing team working under you, which you will be required to grow and build.
At least 1 year proven experience within a team management role.
1 Year experience within sales. Proven track record of achieving targets and goals.
Experience with CRM systems not required but preferred.
Professional telephone manner
Understanding of basic Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
Full UK Passport
Full UK Driving Licence (Not required but preferred)
Good time management skills and the ability to use your own initiative to overcome sales objections.
Knowledge of the E-Cigarette industry (not required but preferred)
Ability to create and execute plans to a high standard.
Hours and Salary:
Full time, Permanent
Salary is competitive and dependant on experience
