Our leading Broking Client has a rare opportunity for a Commercial Insurance professional to progress their career in a Team Manager role, leading a Commercial team.
You will be overseeing the performance and development of the Account Handlers to ensure the team achieves its targets.
Key Responsibilities of the Team Manager position include:
Manage the performance of the team, their workflow and resource to ensure deadlines are met
Monitor and review the team's KPIs, providing direction to achieve all performance targets
Leadership, development and mentoring of your team members as well as encouraging career development
Attend and contribute to Management Meetings
Active involvement and support in implementation of change management processes
Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner To be successful as a Team Manager you will demonstrate:
Preferably a minimum 5 years' experience in Commercial insurance with a good understanding of general insurance products
Exceptional organisational skills with experience of leading a team
Drive, flair and first class communication skills with the determination to succeed
