Salary - £35,000 to £40,000 Basic Salary plus Uncapped Monthly Commission, Life Assurance, Pension and 25 Days Holiday
Our client is a leading supplier or modular space in the UK, offering one of the largest fleets of site accommodation & secure storage units. From their national network of depots, these units are prepared for both rental and sales.
They now have an immediate requirement for an Internal Sales Manager, who will work in a highly customer focussed role, being responsible for managing and leading an internal sales team of 10, with an overall remit of developing new sales opportunities via outbound activity to increase the customer base and ensure all targets are achieved.
The Role – Internal Sales Manager - Modular Building & Site Accommodation Hire:
Reporting into the Regional Head of Sales, you will be managing and leading the internal sales team based within a regional depot, tasked with developing this team and ensuring that you hit the internal sales targets.
It will be important for you to have experience of working and managing teams in a fast paced, internal sales environment in the past as this will be essential for your success.
You will be tasked at providing clear objectives for employees, setting short and long term goals, and monitor staff performance through appraisals, performance reviews, setting development plans and holding regular meetings with staff. You will also be responsible for recruitment within the internal sales team.
Training and ongoing coaching will be provided by the company, to help you achieve your agreed goals & targets within the role.

The ideal applicant for this role will need to demonstrate the following:
* Telesales Management experience (this is essential)
* Customer Focussed
* Experience of setting targets for internal sales staff
* Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)

* Strong work ethic and self-motivated
