My client is a renowned supplier and designer of promotional items and gifts since 1986. Working with design, marketing and distribution, creating items for the premium gift industry as well as for the retail market and which communicates the identity of companies and people. Role: Sales Administrator

Salary: 18,000-£20,000 (depending on experience)

Full Time - to start date as soon as possible!

You will be part of the Internal Sales team, a back-office sales and customer services team. In this position you will build up and manage customer relations, calculate and follow-up on offers, enter and follow-up on orders and you will pay attention to the needs of the customer and try to fulfil these within the possible opportunities. Furthermore, you will also be doing sales and cross-selling, pro active calling will also be a part of the position. You will be working together with the team and other departments in solving customer issues. Together with your team, you are responsible for achieving the sales targets for the UK market. You will contribute to the further professionalism of the team and the development of your position. During the year we exhibit at a couple of big Promotional Trade exhibitions which you may be asked to help out at, in the past these have been at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry and Silverstone Race Circuit, to name just a couple.

Key Skills

 Commercial mindset

 Native English speaker

 Preferably a minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales Administration and Customer service

 Good oral and written English with a focus on spelling and grammar

 Ability to work independently as well as being a team player

 Experience with MS Office and preferably with ERP systems

 Service- and customer oriented, committed, reliable
