To help them in their next stage, they’re seeking a passionate Client Director to oversee and optimise their Client Success strategy. Initially a hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of the company’s largest clients whilst building out the Client team, bringing A-players to join you in delivering outstanding client experience and setting the standards, processes and objectives for your team.
We’re looking for modern client relationship experts who understand and implement highly scalable ways of managing client portfolios (clever ways to measure client satisfaction, digital communities, sharing great content at the right time, a standardised renewal strategy, data-driven approach etc). Someone who wants to stay at the cutting edge of their craft, not just settle for the status quo and who is passionate about the end user.

The ideal candidate will come with a strong background in Client Relationship Management/Client Success. You’ll be passionate about your Clients and constantly strive to find better ways of delivering impeccable service. A background in B2B SaaS is essential; if you have experience in HR, Employee Benefits or Employee Engagement – even better – but this is not a deal-breaker. We’re looking for a charismatic, self-driven individual, capable of working at C-level with blue-chip clients and lead their team by example. In addition to basic salary of £70,000 to £80,000, the package includes 15% bonus, Pension, Life Cover and Critical Illness Cover
