Location: Lambourn

Salary: starting salary of £22,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 17:30pm

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales & Marketing Executive based in the Lambourn area.

To develop sales strategies & approach that match client requirements to promote product, ideas & services. Researches and develops various marketing plan for products and services. Lead and implements to achieve sales quotas. Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement to create opportunities.

Functions include:

Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies

Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for product or service being offered

Sets marketing schedules and coordinates to implement strategies across multiple channels

Develops sales strategies and approaches for products and services

Respond to client inquiries about product and service benefits timely

Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service

Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or Company's goals

Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance

Creates and presents regular performance reports for UK Head

Set up Company's marketing and sales standards and procedures

Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures

Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients

Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available

Persists in sales even in the face of failure

Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management

Schedules appointments and meetings with client daily

Makes product knowledge readily available to self through various resources

Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market

Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly

Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on product & services quality & standards

Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market

Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement

Makes product appeal to the target market

Makes sure to meet quota during a given period

Demonstrates high & committed time management skills to meets sales deadlines

Key Skills:

Strong customer service & able to maintain client relationships

· High interpersonal communication skill

· Develop marketing strategies & product development & execute in a timely manner

· Positive with creative attitude

· Ability to analyse data thru research to develop strategies

· Written and verbal communication

· Organisation & planning

People management & leadership


Proven work experience in trading of building material - Steel has an added advantage

Excellent knowledge in MS office (Power Point, Excel & Words)

Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in Sales

Strong selling, communication & negotiation skills

Prioritizing, time management & organization skills

Hands on and creative

Possess own transport with valid driving license & insurance

Flexibility to travel for call-calling & customer visit/follow up

Familiar with area around 60 - 70 miles radius from Membury

Bristol - Southampton, Reading - Oxford, Swindon - Gloucester, Devizes - Chippenham, Andover - Salisbury
