Trustmarque sits in Capita's IT & Networks division and is an award winning IT reseller and service integrator delivering transformational business outcomes to over 2,000 customers. Offering a full range of IT solutions including software licensing, professional consultancy and deployment services, managed services, data and storage management and hardware procurement, Trustmarque are one of the largest Microsoft public sector licensing specialists in the UK and have a presence on all key public sector ICT frameworks.
Working in the recently formed Support Services division, you will business partner the Head of Support Services, acting as his key Finance contact. This is a growing area in Trustmarque and so you will need to be both flexible and proactive, helping to shape processes and provide key information required by the business.
*This role can be based in York, Leeds, Nottingham, Solihull or Basingstoke -flexibility will be required to travel between sites occasionally and some home working will also be possible*
What you will do:
Monthly reporting including P&L, balance sheet & cash-flow forecasting
Partnering with operational staff to produce accurate forecasts on a timely basis
Annual business planning
Working capital management
Assisting with year-end audit, dealing with any queries relating to the Support Services division
Work closely with the wider Trustmarque Finance team
Assisting in the formulation of financial models underpinning new services propositions
Develop & implement processes to facilitate the timely production of financial & commercial MI
Your experience will include:
Fully qualified or qualified by experience
Effective business partnering in a larger scale organisation
Strong analysis skills and commerciality, able to liaise with various stakeholders at all levels, including non-finance
Knowledge of implementing processes and process improvement
Good systems experience both financial ledgers & forecasting/planning
Technical awareness of financial reporting regulations
Driven and self-motivated
Able to see the bigger picture whilst retaining attention to detail
