Business Development Executive

KHIPU Networks are looking for two talented and enthusiastic Business Development Executives based at their company offices in Fleet, Hampshire. You will have the responsibility for generating net new qualified opportunities through structured sales paths, securing webinar attendees/face to face qualified project meetings about their product and services, consequently generating opportunities for our regional account managers.
You will need to be a confident person who thrives working in a high-demanding environment, as you’ll be expected to hit the ground running over the phone in this role, with the training provided. Your goal will be to qualify projects and generate net new business for the regional account managers. This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop key sales skills within a B2B environment and grow into an external regional sales manager.
The key responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include, but are not limited to:
Working effectively as part of a core sales team and other operational teams
Creating and continuing to develop outstanding relationship with clients, partners and colleagues, effectively communicating our value proposition both written and verbally
Identifying and qualifying new opportunities in order to build and develop a sales pipeline for new business prospects
Adhering to activity KPI’s, creating marketing and lead generation plans for continual improvement on target growth
Driving attendance to events, webinars and workshops
Ensuring that the CRM system is always up to date
Demonstrating a good understanding of the business process and sales cycle

The key skills and qualities of a Business Development Executive:
A self-motivated professional, ideally with previous cold calling experience, who is ready to pick up the phone and speak to business with relevant subjects and markets within the UK
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, able to build relationships easily
A driven character and self-starter who has a genuine passion for businesses and how they operate, and who thrives in a growing environment
