2nd Line Support Engineer - CCNA

I am recruiting for a CCNA certified 2nd Line Support Engineer based in London for a successful managed services company who are expanding massively, this role will see you supporting Windows Server 2012, and 2016 resolving 2nd Line support issues for internal and external customers.

Paid Training2nd Line Support Engineer Responsibilities:

As an CCNA certified 2nd Line Support Engineer you will manage / implement ConnectWise Automate and provide support at a network level including LAN, WAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, security and vLAN. You will also be expected to travel to client sites twice a month.

You will be an experienced CCNA certified 2nd Line Support Engineer who has preferably worked for an MSP (Managed service Provider) and in a similar technical environment.

2nd Line Support Engineer Essential skills:

CCNA Certification (ESSENTIAL)

Scripting experience (PREFERABLE)

MSP Industry experience (PREFERABLE)

Experience of using RMM tool.
