Salary: £40,000-£60,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits Package
Penguin Recruitment is thrilled to be working with an multi award-winning planning and development consultancy in recruiting a Senior and/or Associate Planner to join their ever-growing team. Our client provides commercially prudent, holistic town planning and consultation advice to maximise development viability and property values. Their approach is to work with local planning authorities and develop relationships to help their clients through the application process.
Our client is an expert in public consultation and engagement, viability assessment, section 106 negotiation and community development. Whose approach is to work with local planning authorities and develop relationships to help applications through the process.
The successful candidate will:
-Have experience in the private sector.
-Be very motivated, enthusiastic and committed.
-Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Be RPTI chartered.
-Hold a relevant qualification to a good level.
Duties in the role:
-Supporting the Directors as and when required.
-Meeting with clients and visiting sites.
-Supporting junior planners.
-Developing the client base of the business.
-Lead on enforcement matters.
-Complete appraisals and work on appeals.
However, these will differ slightly between Senior and Associate positions.
-Very competitive and negotiable salary depending on experience.
