Are you an Account Manager with telecoms experience?

We are looking for someone positive, enthusiastic and driven by the desire to succeed, to join our team and be a key person responsible for a portfolio of clients.

Someone who will ensure through proactive and regular contact that those customers have knowledge of and access to our full range of solutions and products. Someone who will give an excellent customer experience, while delivering against defined commercial, service, retention and sales targets.

To ensure our clients are fully aware of all services and products in our portfolio, and to proactively seek out new opportunities to cross sell and upsell

To retain and resign your allocated base

To provide ongoing accurate forecasting of customer growth, retention and disconnections

To hold regular meetings with clients, face to face, telephone and video

Ensuring Customer Service SLAs, as set by the business, are met

Diary management to ensure the customer base is contacted regularly

To ensure orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner for processing

Recording all activity on the company CRM and any other associated tools, keeping records accurate and up to date

Working closely with team members in other departments to ensure compliance and highest levels of service

To be responsible for your personal professional development through self-learning, and to attend all company training on relevant product and business knowledgeAccount Manager | Telecoms | Mobile sales | Fixed telecoms sales | Customer Service | Management | Administration | CRM | Training

Essential Skills

A positive can-do attitude

Telecoms experience essential

Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A confident approach to engaging with customers

Strong organisational and time management skills

The ability and motivation to work on own your initiative and drive results

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, whilst maintaining a calm friendly manner

Full UK driving licence
