Customer Claims Handler

Location: Culmhead, Nr Taunton, Own transport required.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9-5, however Early & Late shifts available between 8am-8pm & Occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.

My Client are a reputable claims handling company within the property sector. They pride themselves on maintaining high levels of customer service in conjunction with effectively & efficiently managing each claim on an individual basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment however, candidates with the right attitude will also be considered as you will be fully trained.

The right candidate will possess strong written and verbal skills in order to politely and calmly answer incoming calls.
As a part of the role you will be required to work as part of a team to:
Provide their customers with the same excellent standard of care to resolve their issues.
Treat each case with the respect and patience you would hope to receive.
Work towards targets, ensuring all calls are answered in a timely manner, then accurately recording correspondence on a bespoke computer system.
On occasion you may be required to fulfil other duties as the business demands, including an out of hours service if required.
