Your new company
You will be working for a financial services company based in Sheffield City Centre. This company have many long standing (c.10-20 years) individuals who have stayed with the company for long periods of time, so this is an excellent opportunity for a long term career to be built with a company who promote internal movement through growth.
Your new role
You will be working within the negotiations team, identifying customer solutions on accounts primarily through telephone negotiation, gathering information and delivering excellent customer service.
The main duties for the role are:
Managing allocated caseload to ensure all accounts are actioned in a timely manor
Reviewing customer accounts
Negotiate with customers to ensure the solution is affordable and identifying and dealing with vulnerable customers
Follow up on payment promises
Negotiate settlement terms
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have the ability to build working relationships, have the ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver excellent customer service. The role will require you to conduct difficult telephone calls, so experience within this field would be desirable.
This role would be well suited to individuals from a contact centre background.
What you'll get in return
The hours of work are 40 per week between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday 8am-1pm. Salary for the position is £18,000, with a bonus per month of up to £250 based on quality of work.
Holiday allowance is 25 days + 8 days statutory, with an additional day allowance given each year around the Christmas period.
