Excellent opportunity for a service desk analyst to work with a leading Yorkshire business on an initial 6 month contract.
This client are a leading business in Yorkshire who are expanding and growing at a rapid rate.
You will be part of a team working on a busy service desk.
Must have hands on experience with Windows 10, Active Directory along with good incident management skills and telephone manner.
Ideally you will have worked on a windows 7-10 project and be used to escalating queries.
Also Password resets and dealing with 50-60 tickets per day in a busy environment.
The successful person will have an excellent can do attitude, be used to working in busy service desk environments and be able to hit the ground running.
