Running a high volume outsourced payroll
Supporting 2 employees within HR and Payroll
Build strong working relationship with our outsourced payroll bureau
Staff benefits: childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme, etc
To undertake monthly pay audit checks ensuring accuracy and that variances are reviewed and corrected before the payroll sign off (BACS payment approval)
Taking full responsibility for liaising with employees in the UK
Using a highly sought after software package
Must have experience and knowledge of Real Time Information (RTI) and Auto-Enrolment
Full start to finish processing and manual calculations (SSP, SMP, SPP)
Posting and raising journals for finance
Liaising with pensions providers and uploads: NEST, Scottish Widows
Using your Excel skills (Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
Dealing with queries regarding tax, benefits, etc.
