£20,000 - £22,500 a year
We are searching for a talented Telesales Executive who has the ability and drive to excel on the phone.
You will need lots of energy and this needs to come across in your personality when speaking with people.
You target client base are Solicitors and Estate Agents, and will play a key part in the diary management of one of the Directors.
Some sign ups will be made directly over the phone, whilst others will require you to make an appointment for us to visit them and assess how we can assist their business.
On a personal level, you should have the ability to build rapport quickly and not be phased where calls are unsuccessful. You will be a team player and have a desire to succeed in your role.
Key responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls and follow up emails
Generating new leads
Creating a data base of potential clients
Managing follow ups and diary management
Meeting and hopefully exceeding set targets
Weekly and Monthly reporting to DirectorsAbout you:
You will ideally have held a previous Tele-sales or Tele-appointment setting role, where you are confident in managing your own time and daily output. Attention to detail and a strong empathetic personality, are essential traits for this position.
Please note this is an outbound role where you are required to sell. Very few leads will be incoming calls!
