We are searching for a talented Telesales Exec who has the ability to work 24 hours per week between 9:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday.
Contacting Solicitors and Estate Agents, you will play a key part in the diary management of one of the Directors, booking appointments to see new and prospective clients throughout England and Wales.
On a personal level, you should have the ability to build rapport quickly and not be phased where calls are unsuccessful. You will be a team player and have an energy and desire to succeed in your role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Making outbound calls and follow up emails
* Generating new leads
* Creating a data base of potential clients
* Managing follow ups and diary management
* Meeting and exceeding set targets
* Weekly and Monthly reporting to Directors
You will ideally have a previous Tele-sales or Tele-appointment setting background, where you are confident in managing your own time and daily output. Attention to detail and a strong empathetic personality, are essential traits.
